The 6 part doco series follows the franchise's all-women leadership team—featuring Team President Teresa Resch, General Manager Monica Wright Rogers, and Head Coach Sandy Brondello—as they race against a brutal 30-day clock to build a professional sports franchise entirely from scratch. Starting with zero players signed just a month before their inaugural game, the front office must scout talent, draft a roster, and forge team chemistry under intense pressure.
Complicating their historic buildup to opening night is a looming league-wide labor dispute and the threat of a lockout, forcing the fledgling organization to establish its culture and momentum in a highly volatile environment.
